Hey all,

I've now disabled "Display Names". IPB allows you to sign up, and enter both a Login Name and a Display Name. What is the purpose of this? It easily allows members to change their display name on the forum, without their Login Name changing at all. Everyone sees their Display Name, and they can see their previous Display Names if they check their profile.

However, I don't think this is a feature I really want to open for public use on any forum I run. Sorry guys. As always if you want a name change, PM one of the admins smile.gif
