Assisted suicide gets the go ahead for clarification.

So should it be legal in the UK?

I'm very on the fence...... I want to say no..... but if I'm crapping my pants and relying on someone to sponge bathe my arse, then I'd have to say yes, yes, yes.

What about if said person lacks mental capacity but say they want to die? ie lack the ability to comprehend the decision and its circumstances.......

Well obviously that doesn't count then. Sorry I didn't think it needed saying.
People have the right to make choice providing they are sound of mind and have thoroughly thought through the consequences.

If someone wants to die i think the person should have the freedom to do so.
I personally think it's cruel to let them suffer if they don't want to live anymore.
That's not right, and it shouldn't even be a question if it's legal or not, sadly it's not yet everywhere in the world but it should. It definitely should be!

It should be protected by law under the human rights act. (if that's possible?)
