he dosent like admitting 2 the others he kinda likes babylon zoo
they wind me up about likeing it

My mate Iain used to be like that. I got TBWTXRE for Christmas '96 and we were trying to form a band at the time and I said we should list it as our main influence and he said "no way". Years later when I did my own version of "I'm Cracking Up I Need A Pill" and Iain was in my current band, Parasite, I played him the BZ version and he finally admitted that it was actually pretty good.
It just takes time. People always hate things that are popular. If Spaceman hadn't been massive then Babylon Zoo would be a cult classic.
Although, I would likely never have heard it and we'd never have had KKG, which I'm listening to right now. But KKG's another story... And a thread I'm saving.... laugh.gif

When I first started listening to the Zoo in 95-96 my Dad used to say " That guy can't even say tyrannosaurus" LOL But now I've started playing all the old albums again, Dad (at 62 years )admits that he thinks Jas is pretty wicked tongue.gif Now Dad listens to Don't feed the animals all the time! rolleyes.gif

o yh i fogot 2 mention that it was my mum hu gave my first babylon zoo cd
it was badly damaged had some cracks
but it still it came out when i was 3 so yh it was the best i could get it was the spaceman single
ever since then ive been mad about babylon zoo
my mum didnt know ill take it this far lol
but look at me now
im loveing it

Hi I'll email them to you,they worked for amanda,so just email an email address you feel comfortable sharing and I'll send 'em on over to you, I guarantee they are worth it, Gets in My Way is so good, you really get to hear a good vocal range, and the original intro to Spaceman is worth a listen too, it should have been kept on the track in my opinion! they defently work for me biggrin.gif lol i would do the same but my msn is so slow at attachin songs 2 letters so i just dont do it often but im willing to help

ive put them both onto my mp3 and its great fun listining to
i allredy know them off by heart smile.gif like i do with over 24 babylon zoo songs that i own
now thats weared

everyone at school sometimes call me an alien lol
