Does anyone have the MP3s of Mariachi Static saved to their HDD? I used to, but over time many things have been... mislaid.

I also changed your username to simply "andrew".

There was a bug in the forum that stopped me sending you PMs.

Brand new here, but would love it if someone could send these along to me? Was a massive Zoo fan back in the day, The Boy With The X-Ray Eyes was the first album I ever bought..!

Enjoying reading through these forums.

Duh, just noticed that these are on the main site. Ignore me, haha... rest of my post still stands though of course.

They're... interesting. I like the general sound, closer to the first album than the second. Not sure about Jas' cod-rapping, haha. Stuck In My Species is the pick of the bunch I'd say. The tracks are almost a tad reminiscent of The Prodigy in fact...

I notice the tracks are a very low bitrate, are they simply demos, or ripped off MySpace or what..?

Yeah, they were demos. And they weren't officially released, just listen only via a player that someone, somehow managed to make into mp3s.

OK! I listened to 3 songs of static Mariachi. Openly (frankly): I don't like 2.
I notice that it is too commonplace we hear it at the moment everywhere. I notice that there is less of riques, it is less innovative compared in babylon Zoo which was more revolutionary. The only one what I like is Friction which is less commonplace.

We re-know well his voice, always so beautiful.

But for me it is flat, insipid, without this something which transports you in the music. But if the disk is for sale I'll go buy ot and I shall give an opinion with more songs
