Fernandes donīt have the "triangles"...seems like a "custom" Epi, but...its too large the name on the top...
Maybe a 100% custom guitar XD
No no no. Of course that Fernandes doesn't have the "triangle". That's not a custom model; it's a standard. The "triangles" are what signify the Gibson custom series. Every Les Paul guitar (and thus the copies) use the emblem to signify their high end models. It doesn't actually mean a guitar custom made for someone's personal specifications. Fernandes made Les Paul customs too. The picture I linked to was just to compare the Fernandes script logo (which fits closest with Jas' guitar) - not to compare the actual guitar model.
Here is a Fernandes Les Paul Custom:

Although, this particular model has a slightly different custom "triangle" emblem. Unfortunately, pictures of Fernandes branded Les Pauls are rare on the internet, especially the 70s custom models with the Gibson correct logo (like Jas' guitar). As you can see above, they also used slightly different variations over the years to avoid a direct lawsuit from Gibson. Do a search for Fernandes' more popular sister brand "Burny" guitars and you'll see the correct emblem.
Edit:

These are the same Fernandes guitars, made in the same Fernandes commissioned factory. During the 80's, they just stopped making Gibson replicas under the Fernandes name and put them under the "Burny" brand instead.
Too long/didn't read:
Jas used a Fernandes Les Paul Custom copy most likely built in the 70s.
