My all-time favourite movie is the Shining. wink.gif
And Thirteen. Ah, so teenage-angst-emo-thingy. But still so good.

I'm going to cinema to watch Brokeback Mountain tonight with my mom. I first thought it would be so stupid, because of the cowboy stuff. I never liked the cowboys or anything which has something to do with them.

Has anyone else seen it? If someone has, was it good?

Movies, which I've been watching since last weekend:
Freddy vs. Jason - It was ok, better than I thought. Freddy is so sexy.. not.
Neverending Story - Not even half. I was supposed to continue it, but it wasn't that good I thought.
the Birds - Erm. I didn't like. Most of the parts were very boring and worthless. I can understand NOW why people are afraid of birds. Birdflu. rolleyes.gif
Cinderella 2 - LOL.
From Dusk Till Dawn - I love this movie! I've seen it before, but I had to watch it again.
Lilja 4-ever - This was kinda sad. Poor girl and that can really happen.. :/
Prozac Nation - It was good! Wasn't that much about prozac what IMDB says: "she becomes addicted to Prozac" Didn't see much of the addiction! Maybe in the end...
Spongebob Squarepants - Cute!
Piano - Sad. That's all I can say.
Resident Evil - Was ok! But.. mmh.
Resident Evil: Apocalypse - I see similarity with the '28 Days Later'-movie.
Hide And Seek - I'm glad I didn't go to watch this to the cinema. It wasn't that great.
The Ketchup Effect - It was pretty good. Tells about nowadays teenagers.
I Am Sam - This was good, but I don't know if he he got the girl back?!
Toy Story 2 - Hehe.
Trainspotting - I watched it a bit and... didn't like. Weird and stupid.
The Wizard of Oz - I didn't like, because they were singing all the f*cking time! Was it some kind of musical or what?!
Gossip - OK. I liked it.
Identity - Was crap and I kinda guessed the end in the beginning.

I'm too lazy to write big and long reviews. tongue.gif Check yourself if you want to. These were my opinions.

Most recent film I saw was called 'When The Wind Blows'.

An animated tale about an elderly couple who survive a nuclear bomb but are all to unaware of the effects of fallout. Slowly but surely, the realisation that no one is coming to their rescue dawns as they edge ever so closer to their death.

I cried.

Great soundtrack by David Bowie and Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) too.

Watch it biggrin.gif

ohmy.gif Quickly go and unsell it....

Also this movie Saw which everyone raves about. I've heard about it but I don't have the guts to watch it. Which is strange as gore doesn't effect me.... but watching someone saw off his leg does laugh.gif

My fave movies are mostly early 90's Tim Burton masterpieces like Beetlejuice (i love Winona Ryder in this movie) and Edward Scissorhands, but i like Kill Bill Vol.1, Bruce Lee and those dodgy animes with crap dubbing!

My worst movies are though: Anything to do with War (isn't it funny how the americans always win?) dodgy sequels (all of friday the 13th, etc) and all these craapy 'scary' horror movies!

I was actually going to make a thread regarding the worst sequels ever made. I was listening to this on the radio, and you know what..... it's quite difficult. Most of the movies the viewers said were bad, but not truley damn right awful. See if anyone here can come up with a few......

I know the best sequel ever made... That's Young Guns 2 biggrin.gif

I... LOVE ginger snaps 1 and 2... 3 sucked sad.gif

War movies really suck. I can't stand them. The plots are always the same: "HYAAARRGGHHH!!!!! SHOOT MEEE!!! FIREEEE!!!" and you know the end: someone wins and there will be many dead people. And might have some love story also. Like in 'Boa vs. Python' (even though it's not a war movie)! Gosh. biggrin.gif It was so lame.

I watched yesterday 'Addicted to Love'. LoL. Weird movie.
