Most recent film I saw was called 'When The Wind Blows'.

An animated tale about an elderly couple who survive a nuclear bomb but are all to unaware of the effects of fallout. Slowly but surely, the realisation that no one is coming to their rescue dawns as they edge ever so closer to their death.

I cried.

Great soundtrack by David Bowie and Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) too.

Watch it biggrin.gif

Just watched it. Very good but bloody hell it's very depressing... :-(

We watched (with Amco) Alien vs. Predator... And I dunno what to say about. It's some kind of fashion phenomenon to do those "someting versus something" tongue.gif Like Freddy vs. Jason or Boa vs. Python. And I thought there would be King Kong vs. T-Rex (we just watched the trailer = SUCKED, because told nothing at all), but don't know then?!

Aliens Versus Predator, a lame and forgettable summer popcorn flick. Will never match up to the old Aliens films. The first three were classics.

Which of the following films is better?

Alien

Aliens

Alien 3

Alien Ressurection

Alien Vs Predator

Predator

Predator 2

I'd say Alien, for the sheer shit scaryness of it at the time, and the fact that real blood was used in the chest bursting scene, the look of terror was real biggrin.gif

Watched Princess Mononoke last night... kinda weird. blink.gif
Third time I asked for Hotel Rwanda this week and it's out again. dry.gif
So thought I'd rent something and plumped for Save The Green Planet.

Watched it at the weekend. It was pretty good - bit gross in places. Very dark humour. Best Korean film I've seen. 8/10 tongue.gif
Finally rented Hotel Rwanda and that was good as well. 8/10
