I want everyone to know (whoever reads this topic) that i mean no offence to anyone ok?! But the question want to ask is...does anyone on here actually like Babylon Zoo really? Cos I always thought they were a one hit wonder, but then again i haven't heard much of their stuff. If i'm honest i don't really like them. I'm just on here to see what you guys think about it, cos i've got an open mind about it at the mo. Is anyone else on this forum the same as me or am i the only one to be on this site for that reason? lol xjx

I am a genuine fan and have been since 1996.
There was a period between about 1998 and 2001 when I didn't listen to them very much, and so it was several years until I got th second album, but from 2001 onwards I have been a big fan again.

Indeed. I've been a genuine fan since 1996. Love the music, the imagery and the fashion trends set by Jas Mann. If you see me clubbing in London wearing silver satin over the elbow gloves and a trouser skirt combo...... blame Babylon Zoo biggrin.gif

Why do you think we are here? If we wouldn't like BZ, we wouldn't be here. It doesn't matter if it's one hit wonder, it's my favourite band. Has been since 1996. 10 years. And it will always be.

Yes, I'm a fan, have been since 1996. Have never stopped listening to BZ, and Spaceman is still my favourite song of all time. smile.gif

IMO I thought KKG wasn't his finest, but Mariachi Static, and the other singles like Parallel Lines and Love Lies Bleeding shows his pure brilliance.

Babylon Zoo?! I thought I was on a Nine Inch Nails website? blink.gif

I'm a genuine fan too, though my fandom didn't start off as early as most people's. I actually started off by liking King Kong Groover and working somewhat backward, strange indeed it may seem. All the Money's Gone was up beat funky funky though, had to love it.
