I intend to fit the new dump valve to my car when it arrives and get some sleep. I've not slept for 2 nights, this is the third night I'm not tired in the slightest :\

My younger brother uses something called "Beconase" which you inhale or spray into your nostrils. It's about £6.95 for a large bottle or £3.50 for a small one. He uses it first thing in the morning and he's fine throughout the day, even when going into the country. Hope that helps.

That's absolutely.. gross :\
If you can't find Beconase at a chemist, try Benodril. The latter being availiable at some supermarkets (Tesco being one of them) or from said chemists.

I intend to get to work by 8am tomorrow.
then go to Iains house for his birthday, armed with some booze from work.
Then get up on Monday sans hangover to have a band practice.
After that I'm not fussed. I'd like to go to Pizza Hut this week, I'll have to see if anyone's up for it.

well... that day I did empty my bowels, but I didn't take a bath... I took it the next morning...

And today, I intend to shave... but I don't think I will... I hate shaving the most! Shaving sucks!!! I can't believe someone does it every day o_O

I have just made a delicious redcurrant sauce from the crop I have grown and harvested from my garden. It really is quite tasty.
Later I shall be cooking a stir fry consisting of chicken in black bean sauc with green pepper, waer chesnuts and a few caramelised cashews (the rest I will just eat).
Following this is a Chocolate Gateaux (from the freezer wink.gif ) served with my homemade redcurrant sauce.
I'm in a cheffy mood today.
