Bought a film called 'Capote' on DVD which was released in the UK this year. Philip Seymour Hoffman won the best actor oscar earlier this year for his superb portrayel of real life novelist Truman Capote. Watch it!

A Scanner Darkly was pretty good. I read the book and the adaptation was fine. Woody Harrelson and Downy Jr. are hillarious in it. laugh.gif

Saw this film yesterday and it jumps instantly into Mikkaelson's top five fav films of all time. It seemed that every single life experience I've ever had was rolled into this 120 minute flick in a humerous but often touching way.

It's called Sideways. Anyone seen it??? If not.... WATCH WATCH WATCH!!

I watched the long form documentary "Heavy Metal: A Headbanger Journey" (2005) the other day. It's amusing for people who like the music but wasn't exactly very accurate with certain facts. It had a few laugh out loud moments, and the bit with Alice Cooper taking the piss out of Black Metal was hilarious.

Actually, I can... I have the feeling it's not as satisfying as the game is... well, was, the first time I played it...
Has anyone played the KONAMI game for PSX back in 1999 tongue.gif

LoL. The idea for that movie is weird. (she uses her powers to make his life a living hell, lol) I bet it won't hurt if I go to see it. biggrin.gif

I want to see 'Running With Scissors'. Sounds interesting.

I went to see "Silent Hill" a couple of weeks ago, and I liked...never played the game but the film was interesting in my opinion, for a good time.
