One of the biggest stories of the year

I think I'm the only wrestling fan here but this thread is probably more for my benefit anyway wink.gif

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again, I still think the death of Eddie Guererro has something to do with this. Hes obviously had depression and the drugs he was on have thrown him over the edge.

Plop.... the link worked yesterday.

Basically Chris Benoit strangled his wife, suffocated his 7 year old son and then hung himself. Chris Benopit was known as the best technical mat grappler in the wrestling biz. He's a former world heavyweight champion and as such the story is the number one hot topic on CNN.

What unholy curse of black voodoo magic resurrected Mr Mikkaelson's wrestling thread then yay! biggrin.gif

Really didn't think wrestling would gain much chat and to be fair, it hasn't.

This Sunday 1am Sky Sports sees the Unforgiven pay per view featuring the first ever championship scramble match for both the World and WWE heavyweight titles. And yes, Jeff Hardy is in one of them wink.gif

*drools with wrestling anticipation* hehe

Who's watching Wrestlemania 25 this weekend???

The card looks weak but Wrestlemania does always seem to deliver the goods these days.

Also, another tragic wrestler death..... Andrew 'Test' Martin passing away aged just 33.

Oooooo and the film The Wrestler was amazing for both fans and non-fans alike smile.gif
