Hi Babylon Zoo,

Thank you for your great music.

We are based in Perth, Western Australia. We are currently producing a documentary called "Space Cowboy".

The documentary is about astronomy and other scientific pursuits, but the emphasis is on astronomy. We would very much like to use your song "Spaceman" for some parts.

We are seeking your permission.

We would like to go into more detail but would rather do this in private please.

Just use it. He doesnt accept royalties anymore. Theres a substantial amount waiting for him from EMI.

You would have to get permission from EMI. I would love to give you my permision and my paypal details but unfortanutely me and everyonne on this forum does not own those rights and jas hasnt posted here in years so id say EMI is your best bet
