http://www.ukessays.com/

Offering custom written reports, essays and dissertations writen by experts in the field. With guaranteed 2-1 2-2 and 1st pieces of work with no plagiarism on our part or £500 a refund and another free essay.

Except for the small bit in terms saying

Quote:
3) Degree Essays UK £500 No Plagiarism Guarantee applies when a Customer detects any plagiarism in the work it has been supplied by Degree Essays UK - the definition of plagiarism is taken to constitute any act where work has copied, paraphrased, edited, summarised or rearranged any information from any website, book, journal, essay, past piece of work or any other source, either in whole or in part, unless specifically requested by the Customer. The guarantee will not apply in circumstances where Degree Essays UK detect plagiarism before the work is supplied to the Customer, in which event a rewrite or a fully money back refund will be provided, at the Customer's discretion.

so the no plagiarism only counts if you find it. Which lets face it isnt likely as you couldnt be arsed to write the essay in the first place. If and when whoevers marking it spots it guess what, your fucked because...

Quote:
9) Degree Essays UK, its employees, and its agents do not support or condone plagiarism, and reserve the right to refuse supply of our services to those that we suspect of such behaviour. The Customer accepts that Degree Essays UK provides independent personalised research services in order to help students learn and advance educational standards, and that none of Degree Essays UK's assignments are to be passed off as the Customer's own or as anyone else's, nor to be handed in as the Customer's own work, either in whole or in part. In addition, the Customer undertakes not to carry out any unauthorised distribution, display, or resale of the work and the Customer agrees to handle the work in a way that fully respects the copyright of Degree Essays UK.

We write you a custom essay based on your exact specifications for you to learn from not to submit.
That sorta strikes me as a disclaimer so what they do is legal, fully expecting students to pass the work off as their own.

Quote:
13) The Customer agrees that in no way does the 2:2, 2:1, or 1st class guarantee constitute a guarantee of the mark awarded to any piece submitted by a Customer who has used the services of Degree Essays UK, or any guarantee of the Customer's final degree mark.

Oh and theres the lovely bit saying the other guarentee weve been going on about isnt a real guarantee although thats beside the point as you of course arn't going to submit it as your own work.

It just strikes me as encouraging cheating for those with enough money to afford their fees while covering their arse and pretending to be an educational tool. If its such a valuable educational tool why havnt schools and universities started providing it themselves, maby cause it just invites cheating. Heres your essay brief, heres a copy of what we want as an answer please add a few sentances change the font and put your name in the header.

Whats the point of going to uni if your gonna pass off other peoples work as your own. You learn nothing and if you attempt to get a job off the back of your degree then pretty soon theyre gonna realise what a useless git you are and fire your arse.

I completely disagree with it. It makes the value of degrees worthless essentially. How can you prove who is, and isn't, actually capable of doing the work anymore?

That's a great idea for making money but I think anyone actually using it and passing it off as their own is f**ked in the head, if you cbb (Can't Be Bothered) to do the research, learn the information and put it across as you perceve it, how in the f**k are you going to apply the knowledge in whatever your chosen line of work is? I spent 3 and a half years doing 6 years worth of work at college, I got all my City & Guilds and redid my O levels and ended up with equal to about 9 A levels through hard work, the people who cbb in college and uni and school will never be great at their jobs as someone who puts in all the effort. A great example is my uncle who pretty much blagged his way to the top of the job ladder, now when he works somewhere it gets to a point after a few years where he is hiring people more skilled than himself and he moves companies as he would become redundant otherwise, taking shortcuts catches up with you in the end, nothing in life is easy

TbH if she feels that strong with maternal instincts that's commendable, but in reality it's not practical, part of the joy of having children is to watch them grow up and guide them and at her age I think on averages she won't live long enough to see the child past 18, I could be wrong, but as far as my honest opinion goes she would be better off fostering someone

I don't agree at all... but still, in this case, the kid will have his brothers and sisters (3 of them) to 'mother' him/her when his/her parents expire :/

It's gotten to a point now where there isn't much left to shock people in the world. Pre-teen pregnancy, trusted music idols sleeping with children, drug dealers becoming "untouchable", murder being an everyday thing (I myself have seen 2 dead people, one stabbed outside my house) The rise and fall of communism, Nazis, extreemist Christians & Muslims, Jews who still go on about some holocaust yet make more money on it with every fucking movie and documentary they make where as the black community are not "reimbursed" for being slaves. Almost every country on the planet is a member of the international banking system and as such owned by the Rothchild family, the countries who are not are classed as threats and are to be either destroyed (Iran) or overrun (Iraq) or by some secret agreement (China). Hundreds of thousands dying for someones greed for oil, the lives of the many serve the greed of the few.
Launch the fucking Polaris and get it over with cool.gif
