Talking about coffee, had to try the new Nescafe SKINNY Cappuccino.
All i can say is, DISGUSTING, it is horrible. I never buy that again.

I like my coffee just like my metal.......... black!

LOL!
GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE! ~no we definately would be doing a bit more than drawing on him!~ Tee Hee!

I had a horrific day at the hospital today, do you watch the show Dragon's Den? That's what it felt like, having some know it all dragons breathing down my neck from 8 a.m. this morning wacko.gif I'm frazzled after it!

So he *mite have a hairy bum*...it could be baby downy hair, hopefully not the other kind that you could use as dental floss tongue_ss.gif

Poor Jas, I'm deconstructing him cell by cell, but it's only cause he's sooo enthralling!

So when you saw him was he standing far away? Or was he right up to you like talking to you? That must've been WOW! I usually can't talk to people I fancy, I go all silent and stare at them, then they think I'm wierd! I'm useless at chatting people up, I need some advice on that front!

Would love one of those McD's cappuccino's right now! I love coffee! Nice airy light coffee though, I wouldn't be an espresso person.

I can see from the pics Jay's sensitivity, isn't that cool? It shows in him that he's a little softie, that's so sweet, I was a cheeky baby though--just like Eric.

So any plans for the weekend? Hopefully you have a nice one planned? I'm cooking dinner for about 8 people Sat night, dinner party, don't know what to cook, if you have any good recipes for 10 people do share-or tell me the name and I can look it up online!

I'll be on later here, hopefully we're online at the same time some evening! bye.gif

Yeah i watch Dragon's Den from time to time.
Oh so not a nice day then. Sorry to hear that.

laugh.gif Can't believe we're talking about bum hair. Love talking dirty about Jas. clap.gif
It's great! hahahha I'm in my element.

Yeah he was standing next to me, and i was starring at his bum at one point! naughty.gif Couldn't help myself i had to check. biggrin.gif
He had a small bum back then.
And i was surprised that he wasn't so tall, he was a bit bigger than me, which isn't difficult i'm a short arse unsure.gif
And he's got big feet for his size.

Oh i tell you he's so nice and really charming. I could feel me blushing. Man i was just 14. I'd still be nervous now if i could meet him again, but i hopefully wouldn't make an idiot of myself.
I had a camera with 2 films with me and used them all up before i got to meet him.
I never thought about taking a picture with him, silly me.
So i haven't got one with him, which i regret until this day.

I'm a shy person but i learned to get over it and approach people if i want something which is very difficult and embarrasing for me. I get clumsy and stummer because of my nervousness. But hopefully it shows to the person how much it means to me.

Weekend will be just recovering from the week for me.
I've been to a gig yesterday. I missed the last bus and didn't had enough money for a taxi so i had to walk all the way home, which took more than an hour. By the time i got home it was after 1am.

I seen HOT LEG yesterday, Justin Hawkins (Ex- The Darkness singer) new band.
Was really nice, his voice is amazing, much better live than on CD.
I met him afterwards, which was the reason why i missed the bus. But you don't always get the chance to meet him.
I wanted to do that for years, but i could never go to a The Darkness concert.
I chatted a little bit and got a photo taken, bought a shirt then i had to go home.
I also met an online friend from myspace there. Was nice to see a face i know.
Was a good night apart from the 2 support acts which were shite.
They bored me so much i almost fell asleep.
There are many crap bands out there. I always surprises me how they get booked.
i didn't get to sleep until 3am, so at the moment i just want my bed. mellow.gif

I think i would be useless today with any ideas for your Saturday night dinner.
If i happen to come across something i let you know.

Ha naughty.gif I can just picture you checking out his bum with that *inquisitive arch* of your eyebrow like in your picture! Makes me feel like I was there with you!
You know what I hope he hasn't got rid of? The way he used to shave his sideburns- it really showed the angle of his jaw-that's my favourite part of him I think...

Ya I'm partial to talking dirty about Jas myself! Did you put in that big feet comment on purpose! drool.gif You know what they say big feet- BIG ________ (rhymes with stick) thumbsup2.gif
I always thought that (that area) was *blessed* on him tongue.gif You can see it in some pictures! You know the ones I'm talking about? The one where he's got on black silk PJ type clothes in front of the graffiti wall with his feet together...It looks...PROMISING!

Ha he'd probably kill us if he knew we were talking about him like this. I bet he was lovely,it always struck me he would be nice, and that he has a overwhelming need to be liked by other people, but some idiots take him trying hard to be engaging,as some sort of cockiness???,it's not true though, the way he talks about his mum and dad in interviews, you can tell he's a sweet person.

I just wish he'd come back...If I thought he'd let me finance some sort of creative project, even mass production of 1 CD- I would so do it! Imagine if we all cleared out our stuff we don't use-and sold them locally/ on ebay, and if 25 members tried to sell enough stuff to make 1000£ each -that's be 25,000£, it's definately possible to do something like that for him. We could just deposit it all in a paypal account- and say on here to ring you for the password to withdraw it-and we could *take his word* he'd use it to make music...I don't see any other way,I think he was probably loosing money he needs to live on with trying to make music independently...Poor Jas, it's terrible to be such a creative person-and loosing your number 1 outlet of creativity-i.e. music.

Hope you have a good rest-the Darkness- I always thought that the singer had a good voice-I'm glad he's still making music! Was he worth walking an hour for?

It's nice to meet friends from here/myspace-there just aren't enough people like me in my geographical area-I had to come on here and OUTSOURCE! I found you didn't I!

You know Cornershop? Tjnder Singh? what do you think of them? I think that Jas and Tjinder should do a project together...It *could* take over the world shock.gif -seriously I really think that...checkout cornershop's myspace-http://www.myspace.com/cornershop
Listen to Topknot! It's Top Notch ....

Hope you're sleeping soundly yawn.gif ! Write me some more *physically devestating stuff* about Jas-Let the smut continue! clap.gif

x
Nikita

Once i got to sleep i was dead! I just woke up 30 minutes ago.
Feeling a bit better now.

Oh yeah it was definetly worth waiting for Justin and getting home late. I don't know if i ever get the chance to meet him again, so i'm happy i did. He is a very funny bloke on stage and off stage.
The band plays the insturments better than the Darkness Bandmembers did. But the songs haven't got the same power. So at the moment i still prefer the music of his old band, but his new band is better live. wacko.gif

Yeah i always thought Jas' sideburns were always sexy, really like that.

laugh.gif I know about that big feet subject biggrin.gif but it wasn't on purpose, he just has big feet.
I'm not 100% sure which photo you mean now. Would you mind posting it to refresh my memory?
I know i can't help myself looking at that area either, but now that i'm happily married i have to behave myself sad.gif don't want to make my husband jealous.

It's good that he loves and respects his parents. Many people don't do that these days.

You know i would have many ideas to get his carrer going but it doesn't help when i can't talk to him face to face.
He might have to lower himself down to start like many other little bands do. Trying to get booked as a support act and sell your Cd's and merchandise there. Get a group of people to post flyers and advertise your Cd (so called Street Teams). He should have all the equipment to make some music and if not he can book a studio for a few hours. Doesn't cost a fortune, depending on how long you stay of course.
And he can sell his music online, itunes, a little merchandise shop on Ebay for example and advertise it on a myspace site. There are many ways if you really want.
You need a good support from people who believe in you and your own will to keep going.
Many Fans would buy his stuff, so there is a demand.

I guess his problem is that he thinks to big. Yes i can understand he was a big act once.
But you don't have to forget that a number of people can't remember him or are too young to know him and some just aren't the kind of Fans we are and think he's gone, no more music. Of course they don't know that there are few more songs than just the first Album or 2 Albums out there. Most people don't know about a second Album at all.
It wasn't sold everywhere in the word, so it's not their fault.

As i said he should start little, tour and sell his music (selfmade Cd) by hand (or merchandise stall) on gigs.
That's what i would do if i haven't got a lot money.

Oh yeah i know Cornershop. I'm friends with them on myspace. But i liked their music since the first single, i have 3 Albums ( "Woman's gotta have it" , "When i was born for the 7th time" and "Handcreme for a Generation"). So yeah, you could say i like them. biggrin.gif
I'm on a Forum of theirs too, but i haven't been on there for years.
I think Tjinder is alright. Would certainly be intresting if they'd get together musically.

God you really know a lot about the music industry etc... I hope Jas reads the above and "JOTS IT DOWN" or burns it into his brain blink.gif
Of course I hope he also doesn't read the parts where I'm *fictionalizing* the size of his nether regions...NO PRESSURE! I SWEAR! emot-angelic.gif

Hey I'm thinking that the main thing is he needs money though... If that's all it is then there are surely people who would take that chance? cool.gif

Hmmm I dunno about Jas lately, he seemed kind of broken looking on the immortal features website, as if he'd been thru something horrible that left a mark on him, very serious looking compared to the "sneer"-(MY FAVOURITE SMILE WORLDWIDE) that used to characterize him:

Mhh yeah, he does look a bit sad doesn't he. Who knows what happend.

Yes is true, when he had that huge sucess in the past and he was promoting his first Album he was all smiles, joking and having fun. He also put a little bit of weight on, which i think was good. Maybe it was down to beer biggrin.gif, but i think the few more kilos were good for him.
Then when King Kong Groover came out he got very thin and nervous looking.
I just remember that interview he had on the German MTV for the "All the money's gone" video clip.
And now he still doesn't look like his old self. Or should i say at the height of his career, the way we all remember him.

Well, if Jas needs help, i would try to do what i can.

Hey Nikita,

btw how did your Saturday night dinner go?
Hope it was nice.
Sorry i couldn't help you out with ideas.

It went great, I made some Rajma Masala,Aloo Methi,Ma ki Dal,Rice and various Rotis and stuff like that, and am soooo tired! tongue.gif

No worries, I didn't want to really cook Indian food, bucause that's what I always do,I was going to branch out and do some Italian food, but in the end I relied on what I know (LAZY) laugh.gif I thought you might have some good recipies from the continent from before you moved to the UK smile.gif

I think our mojo for Jas has waned a bit-we've talked him to death over the past week wink.gif ,but a friend of mine at the party Saturday (well a casual aquaintance-who knows someone who knows someone else who lives in Birmingham, said that at some point they thought this person had mentioned Jas was married again. :blink Huh? I was a bit grumpy after that-it could be all hearsay-but still...I prefer to think that the reason he's put on weight is due to age rather than someone (no doubt gorgeous) who is fattening him up a bit. Selfish I know! no.gif My husband (he's so patient with me!) was like rolleyes.gif here we go again with the Jas stories.

So how was your weekend of relaxation? Hope you got some zzzzz's? I'm so stressed at work at the moment it's driving me crazy, and I hate this time of year when its getting so cold,I just want to hibernate cold.gif

I wonder other than forum emails (to admin like Chris) has anyone from here had email contact with Jas in the past? Like a penpal sort of thing? That would be nice don't you think? God I wish it would happen to me,I have just questions/ideas/tidbits I'd love to email.(Nothing dirty I swear) emot-angelic.gif

I spent so much time listening to BZoo music, I think I could say *it's the music to my life* and there so many memories and funny stories from when I was a teenager that it reminds me of,in a way I felt like it was my friend-the music became almost like a person for me, and now that there's no more to come- I feel like Hmm What music will remind me of my 20's and 30's (I DON'T WANT IT TO BE GIRLS ALOUD-TRAGIC laugh.gif )

In a way I'd love NOT to have been a fan from the outset, and to just discover it all now,and have the whole next 10 years to *music programme* my goings on all over again,Don't get me wrong I like other music a lot-I don't think I'll love any music the same way-it's like having a first love-I'll never be that young, innocent, devoted to any other band/singer ever again I reckon...

Hope I haven't depressed the hell out of you! I just re-read my paragraph it's like I'm getting ready to top myself off or something laugh.gif Trust me I'm not! I'm just being wistful about the past!

x Nikita

Yeah i did get some sleep last weekend but then i went to another gig on Monday biggrin.gif
Seen Towers of London. My husband bought the ticket for himself but then he got ill and couldn't go. I didn't want to waste the ticket so i went instead. The show was great, i really enjoyed myself.
I didn't stay until the band come out this time, didn't want to miss the bus again.

At the moment i've got the cold which is nice. rolleyes.gif So i'm not really feeling to well.

Yes i had email contact in 2004 but after a few times i didn't want to write him all the time and get on his nervs so i stopped. But i've send him stuff for his birthday. Sadly Hub Records didn't exist for long enough and now there is no way i can stay in contact with him.

Oh alright you wanted some recipies from where i come from, that's Austria. (I also have Serbian and Czech roots)
I didn't even think about that. sleep.gif
I'm not really a big cook, but i've got a good book biggrin.gif

Oh wow! That's so cool, he replied to you an everything! You guys have a connetion love2.gif Woooooooo! kiss.gif It's a pity hub closed.... I really loved the Mariachi Static stuff, I think my favourite was the song that came down on download as Piste03.mp3 (the title is a bit wierd?) but I love the line "ignite your dark side" What a great lyric,he obviously still as recently as 2004 has the capacity to create brillaint lyrics and then find just the right sound to make them have maximum impact...

Yeah I was talking about Austrian recipies! But honestly I cook once a week, at the weekend, you would know if you saw how thin my husband is ( I like him that way though!) We both just eat at work really mostly/go out to eat.

Sorry you aren't feeling well for this weekend, but at least you had a good week with the concert and everything! I think I know 2 TOL songs: Naked on the Dancefloor (oh which reminds me of a Jas story I have to tell you from ages ago that I picked up somewhere) and Air Guitar...

I'll email you that story about Jas, it's kinda cute (if indeed it's even a true story)!

Have a good weekend, lots of hot drinks and time under the duvet for that cold, ill.gif

The Mariachi Static song is called "Friction". I do really like the songs, i think he should have carried on with this Project or/and Babylon Zoo. Both was great.
My favourite song is "Responding to Echo's" i really like the female singers (Marissa Kane i believe her name was) voice.
I could never find anything about her.

Thanks, i feel much better today. I was a good girl biggrin.gif no cold drinks or ice-cream, which was difficult.

Great you feel better,
So on gig listing- you're headed to another eh?

Friction is great! Yeah - I think he wrote Responding to Echoes - It's about us I reckon.
I've listened over and over- I definately reckon it is, I think I know who Aroma Girl is about too, but we'll chat on email for that conversation. Must email you that Naked on the Dancefloor story- it's so funny, my friend got told it by someone that used to know him first hand. So check your mail tongue.gif

hahaha laugh.gif sure we are.

Yeah after so many years of not being able to go to gigs (most of it health reasons),
i make sure i go to the ones i can. It was always annoying me and finally i can catch up with the lost years.
York hasn't got many big names coming like Vienna, but there is a bigger change to meet the person. So that's ok.

Alright, i better check my emails then... wink.gif

The inner City of Vienna is nice. Most Tourists go there. I like the old buildings and the gardens where the Museums are (There is one place called the The Butterfly House) and also Castle Schoenbrunn (there is a huge Zoo aswell) and Castle Belvedere (i used to live 5 minutes away) it's in the south of Vienna.
It's romantic for couples especially when it's warm all the gardens look so nice, like in the old 17th century french time. You won't see much of that if you would go now.
There is also another little interesting place called House of the Sea

But at Christmas time, many Christmas markets have open. The one at the Rathaus is the best. You can get nice Mulletwines, hot chestnuts, hot dogs, hot corn on the comb, german gingerbread and other Christmas cookies, fresh cheese, sausages and other meat from farmers, Christmas presents and decoration.

If you decide to go let me know. I can give you some advice for good Websites about the city. Or tell you how to get to places. biggrin.gif
If you like to got at summer time or just when it's warmer you have to visit the Vienna Prater, it's an Amusement park.

When is your husband's birthday? smile.gif

Ok, i'm going to check my mails soon. Can't wait. biggrin.gif
