Yeah it also says on the Bzoo myspace that Jas will begin directing in early 2008.

I hope this isnt another beautiful let down for us all cos I'm really hoping that he is finally going to do something now.

Just wanted to reply on the film link that Accadia posted (if you haven't known already):
The film that Jasbinder Mann (it may as well be him) is "Presence", of the thriller paranormal genre as stated there

The one that Rydo says has "metal shears going through the person's cheeks" is the Documentary "Les esprits de l'insensible " which I think is not related to Jas' film. That's why Accadia said someone else directed it.

Just FYI, that "metal shears going through the person's cheeks" is what the Hindus do during the Thaipusam festival. Taken from Wikipedia (on Thaipusam):
On the day of the festival, devotees will shave their heads undertake a pilgrimage along a set route while engaging in various acts of devotion, notably carrying various types of kavadi (burdens). At its simplest this may entail carrying a pot of milk, but mortification of the flesh by piercing the skin, tongue or cheeks with vel skewers is also common.

Anyway, I'm from Malaysia..I was the only person from this country to write to Babylon Zoo's Fan Club back in 1996/1997. Dal (the fan club organiser ) confirmed that smile.gif
Was 16 back then hehe... & loved them/him !! Somehow lost contact, or rather, didn't get any info on BZoo after 1997 (no internet connection back then + being in a far away country made it harder to get infos).

And suddenly, 3 days ago, had the urge to google Babylon Zoo, and found this site Yay!!!!!!! Tried to read eveything on the forum (almost finished smile.gif & downloaded all the tracks / checked out the vids / pics you people gave the link to (TQVM!!!!!) & now posting here smile.gif Am listening to the KKG/ MS/SK on repeat & loving it smile.gif (I only had TBWTXE album, Spaceman & Animal Army singles from 1996). I did see KKG sold here in Malaysia (can't remember the year though..). OK enough of me already smile.gif
